I had my home closing at their office today and could not have left more impressed. Malcolm and Jul made us feel right at home upon arrival and were prompt with both sides of the closing. Malcolm walked me through everything and explained what I was signing and was patient when I had questions. He gave me all of my paperwork on a thumb drive which was not only more convenient for us but also more friendly for the environment. I was also very impressed with the office itself: well appointed and very cool aquarium! Everyone wore a mask and he provided us with sanitizer and the office is cleaned between each client. I would certainly do business with McLeod again.

We had a challenging closing yesterday and Malcom McLeod, Sandy & Jul got us through it. A reminder that you cannot bring cash or write a personal check at closing. Thank you to everyone at McLeod & Associates for staying calm and working through the situation to get this one closed. Hanging out for 3 hours wasn't so bad!
